Order Acceptance and Billing
We possess the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including false information, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. If the order is canceled after a deduction from your credit card (or any other payment account), we will issue a credit to your credit card (or any other payment account) in the amount of the deduction. You will be contacted if all or any portion of your order is canceled or any additional information is required to accept your order.
Once you confirm your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to pay for the items selected. You will be charged for the orders during order confirmation. You can pay online using RazorPay and PayPal account. Orders placed using Razor pay PayPal account cannot be modified. However, if you wish to modify an order for which you paid through PayPal or RazorPay, please contact customer service to cancel the existing order and place a new one.
Omorfee possesses the right in its sole discretion to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, per email address, per IP address, or per order for any reason. You will be notified if any such limits are being applied.
Please be informed that we have tried to display the colors of the products accurately, the actual colors you will see will depend on your viewing screen and might not be accurate.
Omorfee possesses the right to cancel or refuse to any order for any reason, including, but not limiting to, the following situations:
Error in Billing, Payment or Shipping Information
Some orders may not get processed due to an error in information you have provided, including, but to limiting to:
- Incorrect billing information (for instance, the billing information you provided is different from your financial institution has on record).
- An incomplete or incorrect shipping address (including street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
- Any suspected fraudulent information.
- Incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date and/or card security value, or information regarding other payment types.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Rarely, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, promotions, pricing, offers and availability. We possess the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update or change or cancel orders if any information on the website needs rectification at any moment without prior notice (including after you have submitted the order).
Shipping Delay or Unavailability
If an item of purchase is delayed out of our distribution centre or becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on our website relating to the order (for instance, an error relating to the price or description of the item), Omorfee may cancel the order. If any such activity occurs, we will contact you so you are informed.
Reshipping of Items
The items sold on our website are intended for personal use only. Any suspected resale of our products for business or personal profit is strictly denied. We possess the right to cancel orders that appear to be for retail purposes. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling, such as frequent orders, large quantities, orders by dealers or resellers or the use of freight forwarding, may be canceled in the sole discretion of Omorfee and Omorfee shall have the right to cancel all subsequent orders from any such customers.
Previous history of a fraudulent order
Omorfee possesses a right to refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may also refuse to process any subsequent orders from customers with a fraudulent order history.
If Omorfee rejects your order because of an error in pricing or any other information, we will notify your through an email and ask if you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant item once the information in the order is rectified. In case we do not receive a response within seven days, Omorfee may cancel the order.
All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property, including images, text, page headers, illustrations, logos, designs, formats, logos, photographs, icons, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and other materials on our website are owned and licensed by Omorfee. You may view, access, download and print the Intellectual Property for your personal, non-commercial use only; provided that you (1) do not modify or alter the IP in any way, (2) retain all the copyright and trademark, and (3) do not provide the IP to the third party in a commercial manner. You are entitled for no right, license, title, or interest if you use our website for accessing, viewing, downloading, or viewing the Intellectual Property. You may not publish, transmit, modify, display, distribute, sell or participate in any commercial activity or exploit in any way, any of the Intellectual Property.
Limitation of Liability
Omorfee website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Omorfee makes no warranties or representations of any kind, implied or express, as to the operation of our website. You agree, by your use of our website, that your use of our website is solely at your risk. Omorfee does not warrant that your use of the website will be error free and uninterrupted, or that the server or the website is free of viruses or other harmful elements.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement will not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Omorfee’s right require strict observance of each of the terms herein.
