EU Assessed
A cosmetic product in the EU market must be safe and one must be in the position to demonstrate this safety to provide adequate information to the Authorities as well as to the consumers. Safety of cosmetics and their ingredients is guaranteed through safety assessment and for that purpose a unique dossier (Product Information File) is needed to be composed. Regardless of the manufacturing processes or the channels of distribution, cosmetic products placed on the EU market must be safe. The manufacturer is responsible for the safety of their products, and must ensure that they undergo an expert scientific safety assessment before they are sold. OMORFEE Products are assessed and approved by European Union.

Health Canada
All cosmetics sold in Canada must be safe to use and must not pose any health risk. They must meet the requirements of the Food and Drugs Act and the Cosmetic Regulations. The Cosmetic Regulations and the Food and Drugs Act require that cosmetics sold in Canada should be manufactured, prepared, preserved, packed and stored under regulated conditions. The manufacturer and importer must notify Health Canada that it is selling the product and provide a list of the product’s ingredients. Additionally, cosmetics are subject to the requirements of the Consumer Packaging and Labeling Act and Regulations. OMORFEE products are notified with Health Canada under Cosmetic Regulations.
