RETURN & Cancellation POLICY

Omorfee creates every product with care and passion. We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out at contact@omorfee.com and our Customer Service experts will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. All queries are answered in less than 24 hours.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be placed before your order has been shipped.


In case your order has already been shipped, we will offer refund once the item is shipped back and received at our warehouse in original packing, resalable condition and is unused. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer in such cases.


REPLACEMENT Policy

All orders placed on our website are eligible for replacement if the product in unused and is unopened. A replacement request needs to be initiated within 15 days of delivery of the order. A reason needs to be clearly stated in the email for the request.


Replacements are offered under the following circumstances:

  •  Customer would like to exchange the ordered product with some other product. Return shipping costs would be borne by the customers to return any product for replacement.
  •  Customer has received the product in damaged form. Please attach images/video of the damaged product so we can expedite the replacement process.
  • Product is missing or wrong product has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for replacement if the product has already been used or opened.

Product Re-stocking Fee

Any products that are returned in original condition will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

REfund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after internal checks have been made at our warehouse. Refunds are generally issued within 7 working days after a return has been accepted. Refunds will only be issued if the product(s) is/are unopened and unused. The product seal should be intact for full refunds. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Shipping paid for the order will not be refunded. Refund requests must be placed within 30 days of delivery of the order. 


Original receipts must be included in all returns and exchanges.


All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only. Omorfee possesses the right to deny the return. Please be informed that all products purchased on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded regardless of the purchase date.
