Return & Cancellation Policy

Omorfee creates every product with care and passion. We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out at contact@omorfee.com and our Customer Service experts will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. All queries are answered in less than 24 hours.

All cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, a refund will be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and unused. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders placed on our website are eligible for replacement if the product is unused and unopened. A replacement request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and include a clearly stated reason in the email.

Replacements are offered under the following circumstances:

• The customer wishes to exchange the ordered product for another item. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• The customer received a damaged product. Please attach images or video of the damaged item to expedite the replacement process.
• The product is missing or the wrong product was delivered.

We do not accept returns for replacement if the product has been used or opened.

Any products that are returned in original condition will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed only after internal checks at our warehouse. Generally, refunds are issued within 7 working days after a return has been accepted. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unopened and unused, with the product seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees paid for the order will not be refunded. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Original receipts must be included with all returns and exchanges.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Omorfee reserves the right to deny the return. Please note that all products purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded regardless of the purchase date.
