Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Shipping & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Incorrect / Incomplete Address
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to our warehouse, we will reship the order only after it has been received back at our facility.
- Additional reshipping charges will apply.
- If the incorrect address results in delivery to a different location (other than the customer’s correct address), Omorfee will not be liable for replacement or refund, and the customer must place a new order.
We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Replacement Policy
Orders placed on our website are eligible for replacement only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Replacement requests must:
- Be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Clearly state the reason for replacement
- Include photo or video evidence where applicable
Replacements are granted under the following circumstances:
- The product was received damaged (photo/video proof required).
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was missing from the shipment.
We do not accept replacement requests for products that have been opened or used.
Return & Restocking Policy
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with seal intact.
- Original invoice/receipt must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
All eligible returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Omorfee reserves the right to deny a refund if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The product seal is broken.
- The item is returned in damaged or non-resalable condition.
Sale & Promotional Items
All products purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, clearance event, or using a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged-in-Transit Claims
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video documentation of the packaging and product
Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.
Processing & Inspection Timeline
- Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened skincare, personal care, or essential oil products
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted products
- Products returned without original packaging
Limitation of Liability
Omorfee is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
