Shipping & Delivery Policy

Omorfee possesses the right to update and make corrections to information on our website at any time and without warning and will not be held liable for any inaccurate information or any omitted information from our website. Availability information and price are subject to change without notice. In an event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Omorfee shall possess the right to refuse or cancel orders placed on the product listed at the incorrect price. 

Terms 

  • Generally, purchased items arrive within 3-7 business days upon order payment confirmation.  
  • Expedite Shipping (2 business days) takes up to 3 business days to be delivered. 
  • Next Day Shipping (Overnight) is delivered on the next business day.
  • Expedite and Next Day Shipping may or may not be offered from time to time.
  • Packages are shipped from Monday - Friday. Weekends are not included in shipping business days. 
  • *Orders generally ship within 2-4 days of order date. Transit time is estimated to be 2-4 business days from ship date.
  • Free Shipping is offered time to time and can be changed without prior notice. 
  • Shipping Charges for Standard, Expedited and Next day shipping are calculated at checkout.

All claims for products damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through email at contact@omorfee.com with a picture attached. 

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumer will know about this before confirming the order and making payments. OMORFEE is not responsible for damages after delivery.

Holiday Shipping

Shipping delays may be expected during holiday periods. Same day shipping, Expedited Shipping and Next Day Delivery might be delayed during such periods. Please message or call us during business hours (Mon - Fri : 9 am to 5 pm EST) to confirm shipping delays. We encourage customers to order at least a week in advance during peek holiday season for timely delivery. 

Weather

Sometimes we face conditions or situations out of our control that create delivery issues. 

Seasonal weather events (such as severe winter storms or wildfires) and other disruptions (such as power outages, and national emergencies) may occur and cause delays for inbound and outbound shipments. 

Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our team members and providing the best service to our customers.

Security

All transactions at our online store are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All credit card payments are processed in real-time for your security. For payment options, we accept Credit Card and Debit Card (MasterCard™ and Visa™). This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to OMORFEE.COM. 

Once you have paid via credit card or debit card your order will be immediately processed online. Once your credit card or debit card details are verified by the payment gateway, we will pack your order and dispatch the same to reach you soon.

Forms of payment

OMORFEE is pleased to accept all kinds of credit cards, debit card, and E-payments as forms of payment. All prices on this site are processed on IP basis. 

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of the payment confirmation.

Pricing

Product prices listed are current; however, they are subject to change without advance notice. 

Responsibility: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. 

Acceptable Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Pay Pal.

Promotional Codes

Occasionally, Omorfee offers promotions through e-mails, mailings, and advertisements. Once you sign up and agree to receive promotional materials from Omorfee, you will receive e-mail promotions and offers that may include special codes for free shipping or other discount offers. 

By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that misuse or excessive abuse of promotional codes and other promotions may result in cancellation of the order. In order to allow a fair distribution of promotions and redemption, Omorfee may restrict redemption to one per person, per household, per email, per IP address or per order for any reason. Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire with or without notice. Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to change or cancellation at any time for whatsoever reason.

Additional Information

Generally, standard shipping is free with all orders of USD 35 or more. Occasionally, Omorfee offers promotions that feature free shipping with no or a lower minimum purchase. Omorfee possesses the right to modify its shipping policy at any time, without prior notice. 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouses in Atlanta, GA; Rochester, NY; Burlington, ON and are scheduled to arrive within 3 – 10 business days from receipt of your order.

International Orders

Orders with international billing addresses are acceptable from certain countries. Please visit the checkout process tab on the website to see if your country is included. International orders can take up to 28 business for delivery with the regular shipping option. For expedite shipping with international orders, the parameters differ from domestic shipping and it may take a longer than the estimated shipping time.

Free Shipping is offered for International Orders above USD 200. 

Canadian Customers: Free Shipping is also offered for orders from Canada. Order total should be greater than USD 60 before taxes to qualify for free shipping.

Out of Stock Items

Items marked “out of stock” are not available for order.
